Partners Council
The Partners Council is appointed by the Secretary of State. It has a statutory duty to meet annually to review the Institute’s Annual Report. The Partners Council also provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, concepts and future plans.

Members
Partners Council members are drawn from organisations with speial interests in NICE's work. They include patient groups, health professionals, NHS management, quality organisations, Industry and trade unions. Members are appointed by the Secretary of State for Health and the Welsh Assembly Government.
