Bullying and harassment (April 2004)

This policy and procedure is designed to support staff who feel they have suffered from bullying and/or harassment. It has been drawn up as part of the Institute's Equality and Diversity Policy and applies particularly, but not exclusively, to the groups identified in that policy.
