Flexible working policy (December 2006)

This document outlines NICE's procedure on applying for flexible working for all staff. This procedure complies with the requirements of the Employment Act 2002.

NICE encourages flexible working for all staff regardless of gender, race, age, or family circumstances. We will consider and aim to accommodate all requests for flexible working to assist our staff to balance their work and home life commitments.
