Special leave policy (October 2003)

NICE has formulated its special leave policy in recognition of the fact that employees are often faced with domestic, personal and family matters that require immediate attention. This necessitates a degree of flexibility by the Institute in providing scope for extra paid and/or unpaid leave in order for employees to be able to deal with such problems or situations.
