New tools to help healthcare professionals and parents deal with neonatal jaundice

NICE has produced a set of treatment threshold graphs to help healthcare professionals assess whether babies with jaundice should be treated with phototherapy or exchange transfusion, and a fact sheet for parents and carers to show them how to check their baby for jaundice.  A full list of all the forthcoming implementation tools can be found on the website.
