Public Health Interventions Advisory Committee (PHIAC)

The Public Health Interventions Advisory Committee develops all NICE public health guidance that goes through the intervention guidance process. They consider the evidence and make recommendations for people working in the NHS, local government and in the wider public, private and voluntary sectors.
