Diabetes: register including type

This indicator covers establishing and maintaining a register of all patients aged 17 or over with diabetes mellitus, which specifies the type of diabetes where a diagnosis has been confirmed. It measures outcomes that reflect the quality of care or processes linked by evidence to improved outcomes.
