Use this form to register your interest for a place on the HTA training programme debrief session. Once you have completed this form you will automatically receive an email with further information on what you need to do next, and how you can apply for a place on the debrief session (once the date and time is confirmed). The confirmation email does not mean you have secured a place on the debrief session; please follow the instructions in the email to confirm your place. You will receive a separate email invite nearer the time, once the session date/time is fully confirmed.
