Diversity and inclusion
We want people from all walks of life to contribute to our work and share their experience, expertise and passion.
We're committed to providing a workplace where colleagues feel respected and able to thrive. We will make sure that our hiring practices are continuously reviewed so that they are fair, objective and non-discriminatory.
We listen to our staff
We have 4 staff networks who act as a voice for our employees:
Our Disability advocacy and wellbeing network works to empower staff with disabilities both seen and unseen. We make reasonable adjustments to our working practices to remove barriers to career progression and to support staff with disabilities to contribute fully to our work. Our race equality network aims to promote greater equality and diversity within NICE, to challenge discrimination and underrepresentation, and to provide a safe place for staff to connect, share experiences and get support. We believe that regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity everyone should feel comfortable being themselves at work. NICE and proud works to support an inclusive culture and open working environment, that demands respect for all employees. The Women in NICE network (WIN) is a safe, inclusive community for all NICE staff, regardless of gender, dedicated to empowering women to achieve their full potential.
