We listen to our staff

We have four staff networks who act as a voice for our employees.

Disability advocacy and wellbeing network (DAWN)

Our Disability advocacy and wellbeing network works to empower staff with disabilities both seen and unseen.

We make reasonable adjustments to our working practices to remove barriers to career progression and to support staff with disabilities to contribute fully to our work.
